We researched a few companies for a small job and small repair. We ended up choosing Miller’s because of the ratings and were not disappointed. They visited the same day of a requested estimate (within 2 hours of request) and were able to schedule the work when we needed. The servicemen were polite, efficient, neat and respectful. The workmanship was very good from just looking at it, but we have yet to experience the quality until we install the new equipment planned. A great place with even greater people. Their customer service is unrivaled and the job was completed perfectly. The gentleman that did the job was punctual and polite. I told him the problems with my electric. Then I asked if he could replace two old fans with two new ones I had special ordered. In a very timely manner he was finished. He cleaned up each area of work so well that I was hardly able to tell he worked at all. He explained the electrical problem to me and what had happened. He didn’t make me feel stupid by saying a bunch of junk I wouldn’t have understood, instead it was like talking to someone I had known for sometime and not someone I just met a couple of hours ago. Electrical issues were fixed, new fixtures replaced old ones, and a service man who knew what he was doing, that is the quality work that can be expected at a premium Owasso electrician such as Miller’s Superior Electric. My mom had some weird electrical issues pop up such as a microwave tripping breaker and then we realized that most of the outlets in the living room and office are on that same circuit. I called a good friend of mine who is an Owasso electrician out of the area and asked if he knew someone locally to me that I could send to my mothers house. My requirements were that it had to be done right, to code, and with the safest outcome which I expected to cost a lot. I wanted a licensed Owasso electrician to troubleshoot the wiring, minimize loads, and dedicate the microwave to its own circuit breaker. Long story short, my buddy said to call Matt with Miller’s Superior and I did. My mother said she was beyond pleased with the service and repairs. Very nice and professional, solved all the issues on the first service call, and confirmed that the microwave itself is bad. I was expecting a bill for DOUBLE what we were charged. They got the job done much sooner that I was expecting without cutting corners. I used to work in the trades and it’s hard to find quality craftsmen these days. For what it’s worth, in our experience, Matt has put together a solid team of Craftsmen. I really appreciate that it only took one call to solve the problem and they ran with it. I am grateful for their hard work to make my mothers home safe from the electrical issues that popped up.
